Great experience. Looks like renovations are still occurring, but overall had a good experience.
Feels good to stretch the body and work it out at the same time! It's not like other workouts that can be hard on your body so I like to add this into my weekly routine. Also feels good to really sweat it out!
I loved this class! It was a true Hot Yoga class. Allison did a wonderful of providing queues, and offering good thoughtful insights about staying present during class.

Erin was wonderful. She lead a mindful C2, with a creative flow and a healthy balance of challenge and restoration. The breath work, energy, and room environment were harmonious. Love the studio!
The CSX class was a perfect mix of tough strength training with a few quick, intentional mindful breaths in between. It’s an incredible challenge to the body combined with peaceful breath to bring you back to yourself and the reason why you showed up. It’s a true mind-body connection in the best possible way!
Great studio and great teachers
This is definitely my favorite Core Power location. The classes are fantastic, and I always feel great afterward! I highly recommend Core Power to everyone, as they offer a variety of classes for all skill levels.
