Really appreciate the 'core' instructors at this studio! And the larger room (not the small room as much). Highlands is one of CorePower's smaller studios in the Denver area, but it has a good vibe, parking generally isn't an issue, and again - the instructors that are generally based at this location all have their own individual, caring ways of coaching class. Recommend!
I love this location- the team are great and they have 3 studios so lots of class availability.
Great studio and teachers
I like my specific teachers, their music, their knowledge of making adjustments if you are hurting, their knowledge and special delivery of specific words to help you use the correct form. and their takes on life knowledge. I can often walk away with one little pearl to think about all week, which is helpful. My specific teachers know my name and encourage me, which is part of what helps me to keep going back.
I love Marta's classes and the Grant studio was great.

Sasha knows the true meaning of yoga! When you walk into her class you immediately feel the tranquility, calmness, good energy, good vibe with her yoga teaching. Always impressed she effortless works through ALL the Hot Power Fusion poses to complete the class on time. Her unique teaching allows you to be one with yourself, never diverting from the flow of hot power fusion, completing all poses in the order they should be, and isn't overbearing or loud. She guides me rather than changing the flow so I can practice my yoga.
I feel instructors want to hear themselves, change the poses, hold poses longer than they should, or entirely skip a pose that throws off your flow. As an instructor you are to guide us, not change the flow/poses because you feel like it! Use the tools you are taught and don't divert, keep the flow of Hot Power Fusion. I should have the ability to walk into ANY Hot Power Fusion and move effortless as I do in Sasha's class.

Colorado facility is clean with no clutter that gives you a feel of being welcomed!
The Yoga instructors make the experience special. As an older student, I feel comfortable in class and modify to personalize my practice. ALL the Yoga teachers are supportive, helpful, and encouraging.

I absolutely love everything about it..practicing yoga at core power has changed my life. I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the opportunity to become the person yoga makes me.. I love the instructors. Clearly well-trained. They connect and motivate, and cue very well. I also like how CorePower programs the different workouts and the QC that goes into keeping a level of consistency in all studios.
