Sue B and Keegan are the best teachers of the 90 min sequence in CP. I love their dedication to guide the students through the correct sequence and I wish there were more classes of this format available throughout the week.
I love CorePower's balance between hot yoga, core strengthening, and traditional yoga sequences. The yoga community I've fostered here has been wonderful. The schedule is always filled which also makes planning classes super easy for my own schedule.
Regarding the price increases, I'd just like to see some improved amenities. For the same monthly price of a CP membership, other studios and gyms offer things like a steam room, sauna, free towels, and amenities beyond the basics that CP provides.

The yoga is great, but I have a complaint. There have been broken lockers at the Cherry Hills studio for at least five years now. I was hoping they would get replaced during the recent refurbishment, but they were not. People put their belongings in lockable lockers but don't lock them, and that leaves fewer lockers for those of us who want to lock up our items.
Love Strength X class - its super helpful when the music is good - some teachers don't put any effort into whether the music fits the class. I know CPY provides it but don't put on a slow beat song when we are killing ourselves with burpies or jumping jacks. :) And some of the music just kind of stinks to be honest. Get some good, upbeat songs we all love. When Sara at Cherry HIlls plays journey Dont stop Believing everyone loves it - more of that. Thanks
The instructors are incredible! LOHi is a fun studio and the classes are challenging. The instructors are dedicated to making sure the class is challenging and fun and the instructors are knowledgeable.

The renovation is a little austere, however--not quite the vibe I was expecting. And I wonder why they didn't refinish the studio floors? The pandemic tape marks are still visible.
Love the size of the studio, always clean and super friendly staff. Of course I come to take Jay’s class. She’s the best.!
It was absolutely great! Such a hard workout and a great sweat. I'm so sore. I will say it was a little hard to hear the instructor, but that's my only complaint! It was really great!

The teachers are energetic and well trained. The studio is spacious, comfortable with a family atmosphere. It feels good to walk in the door.

The classes are incredible (Kristen is my favorite teacher!) and I love the studio. My only negative feedback was that the time I tried to use the shower it was ice cold.
