The CPY 2 instructor (Andrea) did a really smooth mandala flow, also liked how she was really focused on the Yogi’s as they work d through the flow.
This is my favorite CP location, and I have been to nearly all locations in Denver and surrounding areas as well as many in other states. The natural wood floors could not be better, and the room.size is excellent, as is the vibe of the Broadway community.
Returning from a rare 2 month hiatus due to an injury, I was very happy to get back to community practice, and I could not have had a better instructor if I had planned it. I am grateful for her guidance/coaching, gentle observation and the life teachings she shared.
Tyler was an amazing instructor. He took care to personally assist me with form and technique and his flow was dynamic and interesting. He went above and beyond to be kind, helpful, and foster a sense of conscious presences.
Keira is the only person I'll wake up early to workout for on a Sunday morning. She has such a wonderfully sequenced class and really helps you with your alignment, pushing yourself, and trying things you wouldn't otherwise try. She is authentically herself and doesn't hold back while teaching class. She provides options to make every single person feel successful and you leave feeling dead, but amazing!!
Great classes, clean studio and friendly environment
I like how there are not so hot, hotter and very hot classes to choose from. The instructors are consistently excellent, and the facilities are very clean and welcoming. All around it is simply an excellent experience.
Is there a way to get into the parking garage after the 7pm class? It was locked so I had to wait for a resident to open the door to the garage. Other then that it was a great experience.
All of the instructors are helpful and keep the workouts challenging.
Dec 11th was my first class at Corepower since February of 2020. I have a class history beginning in 2002.

It’s consistent and I know what to expect at any studio.There are many classes in a variety of locations. There are monthly offerings that can make joining more affordable. Many studios have parking available.
First name removed is unbelievable. Her classes are so much fun and just the right amount of challenging.
Awesome Sculpt class with Tara! She had a fun and inspiring playlist paired with a strong class. I left feeling energized but like I'd done some work. Will definitely go back!

I have been with CPY since 2009.....Now that I have retired to Florida I am at CPY for 1 month in the winter and 3 months in the summer
I absolutely loved my sculpt class at the Tennyson studio with Ben over the weekend! He made the class fun and had a great way of interacting with everyone. The studio space is clean, comfy and has tons of room. I’ll be going back to this studio often!

everything!! I never found a workout I truly loved until I tried CorePower. I’ve been to studios all across the country and I’ve never had a bad experience. My most recent sculpt class at the Cherry Creek studio with Liz was one of my favorite classes of all time!

Nancy is an amazing guide! Her class includes a fun and challenging vinyasa flow with well crafted messages of yogi wisdom.
Great class and studio! Very hard to find from the parking garage though. I got lost and was late. Definitely needs more signage in the garage.
