I love CorePower, all of the Denver studios are great and the LoHi studio is just another example of that. Friendly peeps and great vibes.
The studios and ladies locker room at Cherry hills are clean. Appreciate that. Just wish sweaty men doing hot yoga would wear shirts to keep their sweat from flinging my way. It’s pretty gross. More importantly that just being gross, if sweaty men chose to not wear shirts and sweat all over the place they should clean up their sweat off floor as it’s a slip and fall hazard -huge fear as I exit studio. Seriously. Lawsuit waiting to happen? To the studio and those careless yogis: You are on notice. Though I doubt this is news to you.
CP Broadway is the most welcoming studio, feels like “home”.

The core power experience for me, a casual patron since the inception, is great. I have recieved extensive instruciton over the decades that help me get the most out of my time in the studio.
I do feel that the program could be intimidating and to the novice. The move toward almost entirly C2 classes leaves many of my fellow students a bit confused and using counter productive form.
Conversly, as a long time student, I feel super compotent in the basic and prdictable class flow.

I have always loved my classes at CorePower. For the 45 minute class I just took, I would like to provide some feedback. I was really excited to have a shorter class that would allow me to attend and get home to get ready to go into the office. Due to the timing, the instructor said everyone could stay to stretch etc. But I think that should have been put into the 45 minute class. I wanted the full experience and not to end the practice feeling back that I had to leave when it was supposed to end and miss out on stretching etc.
Love the Yoga Nidra class. Seriously, it’s so amazing!
It is a good way to improve my over all body strength
I loved the flow and how Mike incorporates his style and core work to the flow. The only grow for this class is to give disclosures of how his C2 is not like other C2's.The singing is beautiful and it can throw off students who are not ready to be engaging and same for water breaks.
Love it! The classes are intense but they are very wholesome. Been loving de C2 as it integrates everything that yoga means not just asanas. The teachers are kind yet they encourage you to go deeper in the practice.
