Loved my HPF with Red Light class at the Cherry Hills location! The facility is spacious with three studios, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. The red light was so relaxing, the heat and humidity were perfect, and the music created such a great atmosphere. Gaynor was an excellent instructor with clear cues and a very attentive presence. Can't wait to take another class! ✨
