Attention to detail, friendliness, quality report
Blaire was very thorough and went through every corner of the house and inspected every single detail. He took time to explain any quirks he found and explained his rationale to support something. His opinion and inspection really helped me decide on the place. He also took time to give me some tips on how to handle different situations with the furnace, water valves, what do to when away on vacation, what needs to be updated, etc.
Overall I'm very please with the service and definitely helped put my mind at ease.
