Inspectors have been so nice and thorough! Both the inspectors and those I spoke with on the phone to schedule the appointments were helpful and answered all my questions :)

Shawna is a very efficient and knowledgeable person when it comes to energy use and how to improve heat loss in the home. Results were delivered punctually as promised for both visits.
Amerispec answered my inquiry email promptly and thoroughly and responded to follow-up questions well. Chris, the inspector was friendly and polite and explained the process very clearly. The inspection was efficient and Chris returned as soon as the new system was installed which is appreciated so that the application for the Federal rebate can be submitted. I would indeed recommend Chris and Amerispec.
