When it came to doing the attic, even though we showed him an invoice of extra insulation, he decided to check anyway.
Very thorough and detailed inspection on site and a comprehensive written report was delivered the next morning. The billing and payment is super convienent. Chris took the time to explain each and everything he was doing and his knowledge on things that needed updating or fixing was amazing. Will recommend Chris to anyone looking for a home inspection.
