Friendly, something for everyone
I love the woman’s only section upstairs . At 57 years old I feel more comfortable working out away from all the younger body builders that come here .

Sunday Zumba at 10:00 a.m. Stephanie makes the class so fun and it's a great workout!
Yoga and Pilates on Sat mornings with Afsoon are both a good fit for me.
This week I'm trying BodyCombat and Cardio Barre.

The atmosphere is laid back and the facilities are clean. I’ve done several classes and the instructors and formats are great.
Put some Kleenex in bathrooms and studios!
All around excellent gym. The gym is always clean and well kept, staff is friendly and very helpful. I just would like to see the gym go back to being open 24/7 365… that’s one of the main reasons I signed up years ago because of the availability options of being able to use the gym but besides that great gym I love it.
The staff is great, the facilities are clean and good environments, and the personal trainer I’m with is phenomenal. Thank you, Powerhouse.
Friendly staff, clean gym, equipment is kept in good condition, large variety of work out equipment. Ability for members to use the gym 24hrs a day!
I like the big womans section and all the options in the gym to use. Pool and hot tub too.
Only problem lately I have noticed alot of the hand sanitizers have been empty. That is important to me . Also womans area no paper towel being left in area s upstairs to spray and wipe down machines. It used to always have that n sanitizer s full.
Also at the northville location I've noticed the same thing. Or the hand wipes,I have to keep walking looking for other areas to use hand sanitizer n to grab wipes to clean machines.

Clean gym and updated machines
Great gym - been going there for years! Big enough to have all the equipment you want yet not too big. Love the 24 hour access. Always clean and the equipment is always working and updated periodically.
Open 24 hrs. Clean gym. New equipment. Broke equipment is fixed fast. Good trainers.
My intake with Kim was wonderful
Lots be of room, I rarely feel crowded. The machines are always maintained well.
