Clean and brightly lit facility, great equipment, friendly staff. What's not to like?
This is a club where you really get a Bang for your Buck! Both free weights and machines, a great lap pool, sauna, showers and private locker rooms. Personal trainers, tanning rooms and a great juice bar! I’ve been a member for over 10 years and I’m impressed that they keep upgrading and updating their facilities!

A good environment for members to spread out enjoy a workout. Staff is always friendly and ready to work with you.
The club offers a wide variety of both free weights and machines, a separate area for yoga and Pilates a lap pool, sauna,showers and secure lockers. Oh, and a tanning machine! Stop by the juice bar to refresh on yourself after your workout!

While some gyms offer saunas, smoothies and pools this gym is always kept clean and if a machine is broken it is clearly labeled and fixed within a few days. The staff are friendly and attentive.
