Clean and friendly place to work out!
Ladies only exercise room. Ease and cost included in membership classes. Pool, sauna, hot tub clean and working !! Clean facility. Love the class instructors in Novi !! Basketball court! I don’t play but like watching the pick up games.
Badass interior design. Just recommend some machine repositioning so you’re not staring at people when looking straight ahead (like the single hand curl machine by men’s lockerroom and the cable fly in the corner near cycle room, for example)
Overall the gym is very good. The men's locker room showers are not being mechanically serviced. The glass doors need attention, and the shower heads are clogging up and need service. The switch on the bathing suite spinner is on it's last legs and needs attention before it dies completely. In the gym the water fountain has been out of service a long time. Mechanical problems don't seem to be taken care of very quickly. It's even worse at the Novi club.
Everyday cleaning is great at the West Bloomfield club. I think the standards need to be a little higher with regard to mechanical maintenance.
Also, I raised concerns about the music volume. I'm not sure if this was addressed but it seems that most of the time the music volume is lower. The music level should be background not intrusive. Most people are wearing headphones if they want high volume. The rest of us want peace and quiet.

Clean Gym, great location, friendly staff. my major complaint is that there is no refreshments there in the food court. It never opened. I would so like to get a smoothie or healthy snack after working out, but it has not appeared as yet. Too many delays. That would be my major complaint about the Northville gym where my membership is.
Facility is clean. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We love our trainer - very knowledgeable and able to tailor our program to the needs of an older crowd like us. I walk with a Cain - members and staff are very helpful opening doors etc.
Cleanliness and classes
Classes - Bodypump, core, Zumba, strength development, yoga, combat - the quality, variety and choice.
The friendly staff, the classes are amazing. Thr location is clean, I higly recommend Powerhouse West Bloomfield.

Powerhouse in West Bloomfield has a huge facility with all the equipment you need to get in shape! There also a huge variety of exercise classes included with membership. Love my gym!

The gym has a great environment full of hardworking and serious people, the staff is super nice, and the gym is well-equipped with all kinds of machines, racks, and platforms to train.
It’s clean and very modern. Also low traffic.
The gym is very clean with a great Pleasant atmosphere and lots of exercises equipment to choose from. From weight lifting to calisthenics. They have treadmills, stationary bicycles, row machines, ab machines and free weights. Powerhouse Gym even have on-site instructors if you need them to assist you with your exercises. Powerhouse Gym is a great place to work out. This is the second time I joined Powerhouse Gym. Thank you!
