I switched last month from Planet Fitness where I worked out at for 6 years, because I needed a gym that was open and not one that just endlessly freezes payments while staying closed. I have been coming regularly and love it. I am also at Powerhouse because masks are not required while actually working out, which would definitely be a dealbreaker for me if a gym made me follow that unsafe and ridiculous recommendation.
While there is always a few people in the club you can also get on a machine. It never seams packed.
The front desk staff were very helpful on my first day back. I like the hours too.
I only preferred gym access for racquetball just for a short amount of time. Sam helped me through my entire membership process, and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend this club to anyone.

So glad to be anle to work out again, and must say WB Powerhouse is much better than LA and Plant!
Clean and convenient location. Friendly staff whom are knowledgeable. The clientele are serious about working out and keep to themselves. It is not social hour unless you go around 5p.
I like the big gym area with lots of working out equipment. Hopefully the sauna and pool can be opened soon.

It’s a great atmosphere everyone is very professional and polite
I love that there is a womens only area. It's typically less crowded, so I dont have to wait if there isn't a bench or cable available on the main floor. I also love that there is child care option.
