Very clean facility and good customer service, they have always been very helpful whenever I need something. And the attendant on duty will even inquire to see if I found everything to be okay during my workout.

Cleanliness and availability
I like the environment, the size of the gym and the different equipment. Staff is always friendly and equipment is clean. I also like the sauna.
I love that there is a woman’s only section, so I don’t feel like I’m out in the open being judged when I’m not at the same pace as others who are at a higher level.

Clean, welcoming and set up nicely. A good amount of classes. It’s nice when a gym has its own community. The price is awesome for what you get.

Everything
Everything. And the fact, maybe most importantly, you never imposed regulations against the people. You provided an outlet for people during the times of need and never once attempted to prohibit healthy people to continue to be just that. You were and have been a great place for the people.
