I normally go to the one at Pontiac Trial and Hagerty, closer to home, but Novi is bigger and has much more equipment, wish it was closer.

Equipment
The gym is very large and the women's only floor is quite impressive. It’s a nice facility albeit some of the machines and equipment were mildly damaged.

i like how welcoming the gym is
It's never crowded whenever I go and the staff is friendly
Clean and very friendly
Constant willingness to improve the facility, a spectrum of trainers and friendly staff.
great facility!
The courtesy and cleanliness is above average and the staff are personal even dealing with you on a name basis.
I appreciate the night staff always maintaining the gym to be in impeccable condition and the locker rooms constantly being cleaned. Additionally, all weights are re-racked. The one aspect which I do feel could be better is the policy of prohibiting selfies and bodybuilding pictures within the locker room. I believe this should be removed as individuals want to see their progress in their journeys while lifting, and it is unfair to have this policy simply because a few people are offended.
Up to date equipment, quite spacious and it’s good vibe envy for serious individuals that want to make life change
Lived in 4 states travel every day for work and go to many gyms. This is my favorite gym I’ve ever been to. Great equipment, amazing staff, plenty of space.
The personnel that work at work at the front desk are so friendly & kind
Provides everything you want and need out of a gym
