Great staff. Very clean gym. Equipment in great condition. Kid zone is definitely a plus for those parents who like to exercise.

I’m able to attend my aqua therapy classes, meeting new friends, not being intimidated by anyone, have fun while doing aqua aerobics, eat healthy and delicious food, and speak with the wonderful staff.

Beautiful newer gym. I like the fact that they do not play loud music there unlike West Bloomfield Powerhouse. Thanks !

What do you like about our services?

The gym and locker rooms are typically very clean, and there is a great cleaning crew working during the day several days a week. Staff is very friendly. Only current complaint is there often seem to be plates left on machines/racks. It’s very annoying.
