Clean gym, awesome staff, great atmosphere. Powerhouse really knew how to handle COVID for the past year.
All of the associates are friendly and helpful. The water aerobics instructors are very mindful, happy, inspiring trainers who show you how to benefit best from the exercises and make the routines fun by changing them up daily. When you are tiring out they doing something to make you smile. They give you positive feedback with every exercise. I am 73 with severe osteoarthritis in both knees. I have done about 7 classes and I already have seen improvement in my mobility. If I have any constructive criticism it is that the associates at the desk should be able to answer questions about every class provided. I don't have a smart phone so I don't have an AP and it is easier to ask a person a question then negotiate the computer sites at times. I appreciate the fact that the pool is clean and at a comfortable temperature, not too warm and not too cold. The people joining the classes are also friendly! I miss my kick boxing days but I enjoy the water aerobics workout as well. I hope that eventually I can return to kick boxing again. In the meantime I am doing the best I can in the pool!

i love everything there is about powerhouse gym in novi. best gym, best staff, best environment. i wish the temperature inside was controlled a little better (it does tend to get hot sometimes) but aside from that, no complaints

Lockers rooms are very nice with raindrop showers with good pressure and heat sauna.. Indoor pool ventilation is normally good, but sometimes too much chlorine. Only 3 lanes, but good for classes. Lots of equipment and ladies only area/
