great facility!
The courtesy and cleanliness is above average and the staff are personal even dealing with you on a name basis.
I appreciate the night staff always maintaining the gym to be in impeccable condition and the locker rooms constantly being cleaned. Additionally, all weights are re-racked. The one aspect which I do feel could be better is the policy of prohibiting selfies and bodybuilding pictures within the locker room. I believe this should be removed as individuals want to see their progress in their journeys while lifting, and it is unfair to have this policy simply because a few people are offended.

Lived in 4 states travel every day for work and go to many gyms. This is my favorite gym I’ve ever been to. Great equipment, amazing staff, plenty of space.

I love that you are a full service gym with extras at a reasonable price! If it wasn’t for my daughter (Lilyanna Kent) working there I never would have stepped in the door because I had a Planet Fitness membership and I’m frugal, LOL) so maybe you might think of advertising your awesome gym especially on social media where it is more likely to be seen as many people these days do not receive regular cable channels and listen to music from our phones.

Lots of good equipment and not overly busy.
The gym is very clean, has enough equipment to not have to wait for anyone, solid pool, and relaxing sauna. The gym staff is friendly, and it's a good environment as a whole.

Personal trainer Mattie is excellent. Knows her stuff, cares, and is funny to boot. Manager Ron is caring as well. Friends recommended and both remarked on the caliber of Mattie's training capabilities.
