The amenities, hours, class options
Truly excellent facility! The place is always clean and organized. There are plenty of equipment and free weights. You rarely have to wait for equipment. And the staff are very professional and friendly. I thoroughly enjoy using the facilities.
The gym is amazing! I love the fact that you have all types of equipment. It's always clean. The staff is really friendly. And its a good place to chat and make new friends. Definitely my favorite gym in the area:)

All the different classes you can take and having a pool is so amazing. Plus I like the room for women to workout. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.
Love that the childcare is affordable and the maintenance staff is so nice.
Some feedback:
I wish the training floor was more organized. I know this is 80% because members are not great at putting stuff back. However, it is also maintenance and trainers duty to help maintain a safe and clean environment
The child care is awesome. Brianna is by far the best and actually interacts with the children. I cannot say the same for the others. Multiple times I have walked in seeing the girls on their phone while holding my daughter. It's annoying and I don't want to be "that person"

Management is very friendly, always asks if I need anything and how I'm doing, workers are very polite, masks are encouraged but never forced (thank you for being reasonable unlike planet fitness, you CANT get a good workout when you can barely breath) and I have been to alot of gyms in Michigan & Powerhouse Novi is the best workout environment in Michigan!

I love everything about this gym and everything you guys offer. They also set me up with the perfect personal trainer and she’s already helped me so much. She motivated me to finally invest in me and my own health instead of always worrying about others.
Gym offers many options as far as training equipment. Avid gym users can diversify their workouts daily.
