I love the group les mills classes and instructors. It makes me want to come back! I find just using machines (aka, treadmills. Ellipticals and such very boring). The fun comes into play with the socializing aspect of classes and ability to improve and be supported by these great instructors. Your les mills manager needs to step up her game, start advertising these classes at all the facilities and stop cancelling the les mills classes. She's not particularly supportive of all the instructors. I find her rude to deal with and unresponsive to queries without being rather defensive.
Staff is actively everywhere and they keep getting new and upgraded equipment
Classes are great! Need paper towels in the exercise room & a Shower bar in the shower. Also a couple of chairs in the exercise room to sit on if you feel sick.

Everyone that works there is super nice the gym is always incredibly clean including the locker room and bathrooms which is a very nice change from my last gym I went to. Also the community of people that work out there is super kind and welcoming as well.
Very clean,lots of equipment and great yoga studio. I haven't tried the pool since no lifeguard, but nice to know it's there

Best gym and clean
I lke the amount of equipt. because it redudes waiting time. I lke rewards program & wish it had more diversity. Staff is usually pleasant. Facility is clean.
Has all the equipment we need for workouts
Gym is clean, & is maintained during the day. Some of the equipment has seen better days & is either outdated or needs replacement. Otherwise good selection of weights & duplicate function equipment to eliminate wait time for usage.
I enjoy the big setup and the different variety of machines you can use for each body you are willing to workout that specific day. Something that I extremely appreciated is a 40 yard mini track they have inside it’s actually quite helpful if you’re trying to practice for a sport you are in

Clean, but a little noisy. Next time will bring my earphones over all, it’s a good facility.
