I like the environment its really great!
The 24 hour days Monday through Friday. The facility is clean and the equipment is well maintained. The staff is friendly. The little cafe is convenient when needed.

Lots of excellent well maintained equipment. Bright atmosphere. Helpful desk staff. The only things missing are better directions on each machine to help members use the equipment correctly without having to hire a trainer. Another approach would be to have a trainer on the floor at all times to answer easy questions.

I love that you're open 24 hours a day, and the members, along with the regulars, are friendly and engaging. They encourage one another and motivate me to go.
Convenience. I love being able to work out without distractions unlike other gyms who host pizza parties and have alarms if you are too loud.

I only use the pool for water aerobics classes. These classes are excellent! All of the instructors have different techniques, which makes for good variety. The locker rooms are clean, and maintenance does a great job trying to keep the floors as dry and safe as possible. All of the morning classes are very popular. Desk staff greets you with a smile and a "good morning"! Overall, great place to try and stay in shape and stay healthy!

Everything! The gym floor is set up so you aren't on top of anyone. Instructor's are always approachable to ask questions. The new Wellness Center is clean, great set up, and it's easy to make appointments. As a woman, I feel safe and at ease to use any item in the gym. NOTHING is off limits. Staff is cleaning all the time. It's a great environment, love it
Lots of good classes to choose from with wonderful instructors. A wide array of exercise equipment and front staff is very helpful.
