What I like about your services, the tech called 15-30 minutes out from arriving; he took a look at each of the rooms (with carpet) to be cleaned, and explained the procedure and about how long it would take him once he got started. He wasn't apprehensive about asking me any questions, and was very professional. He was able to complete the job in less time than he quoted, and then had me check what he had done, to make sure it was satisfactory.

We liked the efficient and timely the technicians showed when they arrived. They checked out the area that we needed to be cleaned and they offered reasons why certain carpets have the worn area and what to expect from their cleaning procedures.

I know my rugs were dirty and I just don't know if this is the best possible a result. He warned me that the lipstick stain probably wouldn't come out....and it didn't. So all in all, it's a wait and see for me.

I can’t say much about the product other than the carpets where cleaned perfectly. However my service tech Logan A. Was top notch, he explained every thing to me in terms I could understand he was extremely knowledgeable on the science behind properly cleaning carpet, he was very detail oriented in his work not cutting corners in anyway. He went above and beyond what was expected. Because of Logan we will be using Zerorez for all our future cleaning needs.
