Very thorough. Offered suggestions and options for my really tough areas. Stayed with it till he had done all he really could - (you have to accept the age and condition of your flooring before they ever walk in the door - they're not magicians.). My place looked SO much better when he was finished. And it was CLEAN!

He worked steady, hard, little chit chat (because he was working) but super friendly, - I wasn't worried about this individual one bit.

We want this service / product to return to our home, and we want our specific tech to be the one who does the job. Already making my list for the next part of the house I want cleaned. Super excited to know it's CLEAN!

Logan was very communicative on timing. How long before he arrived, how long it would take to complete, etc. He was friendly, efficient and seems to be a reasonable cost for a 4 bedroom house.

This was my first time to use Zerorez on the recommendation of a friend. Glad I did! Erik Wallace, our technician, was very friendly and thoroughly explained the process beforehand and
looked for any special treatment areas. His black light revealed pet spots from my granddogs that were a surprise to me. Erik took extra care with all rooms, and I’m delighted with their service. Our carpets look fresh and clean again.

Kevin was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to helping treat our carpets. I was more than pleased with him and will ask for him by name the next time I need a cleaning.

I like that there is no residue and the carpet does not feel sticky after being cleaned.

There is no residue. No Streaking and no foul smell. The carpets dried impeccably. The one man crew was efficient and respectful of our space and time.

Jeremy was very knowledgeable about the products. He did a very good job getting our carpets clean!

Jeremy did a great job. He explained the process and we made a few changes based on the area rug I wanted to clean. Even though it ended up costing more, it was worth it. Unlike previous times when I've had the carpet cleaned, it just looks cleaner and is softer. He was very efficient was pleasant to work with.
