We had a rent house the renters had multiple pets dogs and cats. They had left urine and feces on the carpet. The technician recommend another service to get the smell and the stain out of the carpet. Although it cost additional money, it was worth it We had similar incident in another rental property and chose to throw it out because I had tried to clean it myself and didnt know about other products.

Did an excellent job on my carpet. We have had a lot of construction inside my home as well as the typical pets and kids and there were stains I thought would never come clean and they did! He was extremely thorough. My carpet looks fantastic and my home feels so clean.
