I love the fact that the product are Eco-friendly. The technician explained the benefits of the forced, extremely heated water, infused through a proprietary process, is far more effective and leaves less, if any residue; versus the steam cleaning process. The technician wore protective coverings over his footwear and was very careful with the cleaning of my upholstery.
