My carpets looked awful. I had four kids and two dogs blazing a trail through are living room. We also had urine on our carpet that I thought would never come out. This dude came in, treated all the hot spots and I do mean alot of them. He was patient to let the product do it’s work. He treated the carpet and didn’t run the carpet cleaner for 30-40 minutes and I had the carpets completely swept up. Once he started the vacuum process, he kept his head down and worked so hard. I saw him multiple times lean down and try to get gum or play doh or god knows what out of the carpet. The difference between Zerorez and the others is that these people believe in their product and hire character people who also believe in the product. Believe me, you would not want to lay on the carpet that I am talking about. Afterwards, I would actually lay on it and the house smelled so good. Thanks Zerorez.
