I was kept aware of a service date and time so that I did not have to stay home all day waiting for the tech to show up. Hayden was courteous and worked efficiently. I have used this company of two previous occasions and never been disappointed.

The carpet looks like new and the two young men were very informative and friendly

Quick, easy to book and when I asked them to come out and retreat a couple stains they came out the next day. Overall very pleased with the process.

We have lived in our home for over 17 years and have had our carpet cleaned numerous times by another independent carpet cleaner. Needless to say, you get what you pay for because the independent cleaner was less expensive, however, my carpets after Zerorez look like they are almost brand new!! The product was amazing. Floors look and smell great.
But,
The tech did not clean in between bed frame even after the mattress was removed. We didn’t notice until after he departed. We had to use our own steam cleaner to clean that section. We took the bed apart so he would not have trouble cleaning.
The actual cleaning was superior.

The pet treatment was amazingly effective for my living room. My pet had an accident but my at home carpet cleaning machine just didn't get all the down to remove the full odor. The service amd advice I received were exceptional. I'll be a repeat customer for sure!

I like how clean the carpets are after Zerorez services, I like that it dries fairly quickly, and does not have the usual chemicals that can wear carpets prematurely. The air duct cleaning was very thorough. Breathing more easily now!
