I have used ZeroRez twice now and had a good experience both times. The carpet always feels good after, softer, and I can see the difference. The techs are always very nice and helpful, and this 2nd time Logan was very honest and fair with me as far as what services would help and the best way to get the carpet clean without wasting money (or his time, although he didn't mention that himself). I also like that the process is cleaner than some of the options used by other companies. I fully plan to keep using ZeroRez, and have referred them to others as well.

Generally do a very good job cleaning the carpets. This last time the closet carpets were not cleaned and we weren’t asked about cleaning them; also some spot treatment was needed but not done. Otherwise, the carpets looked good.

Scheduling was easy, job was well done, staff were nice.

I like that their products do not contain a lot of chemicals. The process was very thorough. They arrived on time and did a great job ensuring our vents were clean and dust free! Would definitely use this service again!

He took the time to carefully review our carpets and rugs, offer advice on what to do, explain and carefully confirm our charges, and then he cleaned quickly and thoroughly.
