Each person was very knowledgable about their product as well as what service would benefit my carpet the most. My carpet has not felt this clean since it was new. The price was affordable and the man who serviced my carpet was professional, friendly, and worked in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this company and plan to have them service my carpet and tile needs on a regular basis.

NO Fragrance. NO Chemicals. NO Toxins. NO RESIDUE. Very professional. This is the 2nd time cleaning my carpets & I'll use no other! Even the slight citrus smell of the pet spot treatment did not set off my allergies (this is saying A LOT b/c everything in my house is no fragrance, no dyes, no chemicals = the smell of Nothing is pleasant to me). The carpets were dry in 5 hours (running A/C & ceiling fans) b/c they use less water. Even when wet, the carpets weren't soaked, just damp.

My technician’s name was Destiny and he was GREAT!
I had a problem carpet that required some special attention. I called Zerores on a Thursday. The lady on the phone was very helpful and set up an appointment for me the next day between 8:00 and 10:00 AM.
Friday, 8:00 AM, Destiny calls. He is on the way. He arrives at 8:30 and we sit down for a minute to discuss what I needed to have done and what it would cost. I had lots of questions and Destiny answered them all, patiently and thoroughly. I had no idea there was so much science involved with carpet cleaning. Fortunately, Destiny understood it all very well. He even educated me about how my way of dealing with spills on the carpet was exactly the wrong thing to do and that the carper cleaner I was using was actually creating more problems.
He worked on my carpets for about three hours, stopping from time to time to get my approval of what he had done and explaining what he was going to do next. My carpets look great now and the cost of getting the work done was, I believe, reasonable.
I would definitely recommend Zerores (and Destiny) to my friends and I will call them again next time I need a carpet cleaner.
