I was told on the phone the pet treatment enzymes was $40 so I was not thrillrd that it was $40 per room.
Still, all in all it was a positive experience and because of First name removed, I would consider using them again.
Zero Rez really cleans and leaves no residue. It makes my very old carpet seem almost new. The technicians are always courteous and professional. I often recommend Zero Rez, and my neighbors who have used it have also become repeat customers.

I requested a particular person to come and was promised they would be scheduled to do the job, but another person actually performed the work.

We originally had our carpets cleaned and were disappointed. We had 4 large rooms cleaned and the men were in and out of our home in 30 minutes. The carpets had little change. The OKC office sent out Thomas to redo our carpets and he spent longer on one room than they did on the entire home. He did his best to get out stains. We were pleased with the results that he did.
