I admit I had my doubts, especially when I saw the business address was on S.E. 44th street.
I thought,this must be a run of the mill carpet cleaning business like the majority of them.
Even though my close friends had recommended them, I was hesitant on calling them. But was
I in for a big surprise! Never have I ever had such a totally professional carpet cleaning
job as this. Plus Erik was very personable and I might add very conversationally entertaining, yet it was plain to see that his main purpose was to make sure I was pleased with the procedure and end result of the job. And he succeeded in all points. My carpet was beautifully clean, thicker, smelled wonderful and I am totally sold on Zerorez! I am
recommending them to my family and friends. They are a little more expensive than most, but
now I know why and it is well worth it. For the first time, I KNOW my carpet has been well
