It just worked well and makes the house smell clean. We just moved into a house and could see where the former owners furniture was sitting. Zerorez came and now the carpet is one color and clean.

The cleaning was done very quickly. The technician warned me that I might slip if I walked from the newly cleaned carpet to our tile floors. He was right! The service was easy to schedule online so I could book it over the weekend. That was very convenient.

I like the fact zerorez doesn't use harsh chemicals. I also like that the cleaners have time to actually clean the carpet and that's not in a huge rush.

What do you like about our products and services?

I was very pleased with the representative over the phone and with the technician who came to the house. However, I called Zerorez because you claim you do not use any chemicals ... yet the first thing the technician did was spray something on the carpet before using water.
It did not appear that the water was very hot.
Then, after cleaning the carpet, the technician offered some kind of sealant just like the car salesman who sells stuff after the sale.
Why was I not told about these two items in advance.
If I recommend Zerorez I will surely warn others about these hidden items.
