I had a great experience, from the phone call I made to set up the appointment, to receiving a voice mail to remind me they would be at my house the next day, the gentleman (Thomas) that called me to tell me he would be there in 30 minutes, he was very good at his job. My carpets look awesome, feels good on my feet also. I did pay about 10.00 more then I have in the past with another company, but it was well worth it. I will use Zerorez again, and I will tell everyone I know.

Our tech, James, worked nonstop after he arrived. Wasted no time getting right down to business. Helped me with a couple of furniture pieces that I was unable to budge by myself. Very polite, professional and acted like he enjoyed his job. My carpets look wonderful. Spots were removed that I thought were permant. So, that was very exciting. I only wish I'd had this done earlier. The product must work because my carpets look so so good.
