The carpet is clean without residue
I liked that it dried so fast. The carpets looked brand new when thy were done.
Thomas was very nice and accommodating. In fact he was more than prompt. He was also very informative, explaining every step of process. So far, it looks good. Like the fact process only took about an hour and could actually walk on surface during and right after.
I like that they are safe for my kids and pets. I also like how fast the service was and my carpet was dry in a very short amount of time.
