They listen to my concerns and questions and provide me with information without being pushy or using aggressive sales tactics. My carpets look like new when they complete the process. They knew exactly what to do and went right to work and got the job done. Not only is the odor gone, but the carpet looks almost new throughout the house. We couldn’t be happier with the results!
