Our service tech was the same one we had a year ago. It's nice to see a familiar face. As before, he was very thorough and careful with the cleaning. We especially like the fact that they don't use harsh chemicals. It's better for the animals, grandchildren and us. We've used Zerorez for over 20 years.

professional guys, very helpful and asking if the stains we have had been removed satisfactorily. We will always use your services, we recently used another service that had done a good job cleaning our white tile, but were very disappointed by their carpet cleaning service. We had them out a month ago, and because stains remained, we contacted you.

Very courteous and professional technicians arrived at my house and worked proficiently. The cleaning of the carpet left no residue and got rid of the stains. The tile cleaning did clean my tile floor, but it had a few spots where a residue was left that could have been a dirt catcher if left. I simply wiped the areas with a damp cloth and that took care of it.
Overall, it all looks great, and I am pleased with the service.

Fair price for excellent service

My 11 year old schnauzer had a very bad accident all over the living room carpet. I was horrified! My daughter recommended Zeroez. Her husbands law firm had used them in the past. The gentleman that came was thorough and my carpets are clean and smell good again. Thank you Zeroez and Sheldon!
