The guys that cleaned my air ducts were very informative, friendly and answered questions I had. They even texted me before & after pictures to dispute the service of another company I used 2 months before. The company that supposedly cleaned my air ducts missed two of the return air ducts that were filthy from pet hair of previous tenants, and didn't clean much on the 3rd one either. Even the ceiling vents were still very dirty. I'm so glad I had Zerorez come out for a 2nd cleaning, and should have used them the first time. Highly recommend Zerorez for air vent cleaning!!!
It was great customer service, the carpets look great! I was concerned about a spot that didn't come up and they got their equipment unloaded and tried to get the stain out, it didn't come out and they tried something else, but I had let the stain stay too long in the carpet. They were fast, efficient and very friendly. i will use them again. 100++++

Tech got to work immediately after assessing what we wanted done. Explained to me about some wear patterns on the carpet. Was very quiet in doing his work. Asked if I had any questions or needed any further explanation before he finished and packed up. Very courteous and friendly.
