I appreciated no surprises and having all items and costs discussed before services rendered. There was no heavy chemical or perfume smell after cleaning and the carpets were dry in about 5 hours. The thing I like most is that you don't use chemicals. My carpets were clean and soft with nothing weird left behind. And my tech, Austin, was amazing. He was clean, courteous, punctual and explained the entire process to me. While he did show me all my options and made suggestions on additional services, there was no high pressure sales pitch like with most other companies. I've already recommended you guys to my friends!
