I am a Santikos regular and never have a bad experience. I love the theaters ever since I worked at the northwest back in the day. The only small complaint I have is that the popcorn in those machines is never very hot. However if I request fresh they always accommodate. Therefore, I just want to say keep up the good work and good service.

Clean place. Most of the time the ppl at the counter are fast, some times they really slow down like they don't care, but the theater is clean, good screens. The times I have ordered food is fast and hot. I'm happy over all

Cleanliness, kindness
We went on Military Monday to get the special on tickets, food and drink. Unfortunately Galaxy did not have a large size of the popcorn in stock there was only a regular bag in stock. We wanted a large but not only were we unable to get the large size, they also gave us the regular size and charged us $8 which was not fair because we wanted a large but because it was unavailable we had to get a regular size and then were charged more. We went back to let the cashier know and after some discussion they let us take another bag to compensate. Also instead of letting us know that the large drink was also on special the cashier charged us the regular price for the regular drink instead of letting us know that we could get a large it would have saved us some money as well. To try and remedy that they gave us another drink. We were late to our movie so we left to go to our theater room to start the movie. After we got home we reviewed our receipt and we realized that even with them trying to remedy the situation with the bag and drink we were overcharged. We got charged the regular price on our daughters movie ticket instead of being the military special and the cost of everything would have been less than the $40 we spent.
