We regularly come here and it is always clean, friendly and quick service. I love Santikos because of my history with the company and the way the theaters have adapted in recent years. My ONLY issue is with the popcorn machines. It isn't fresh when it is busy. However, we prefer to go on weekdays early hours so the staff never have a problem getting us fresh batches and we don't mind waiting. So keep it up please. Because there are few places that still offer great service. I wish I could tip the staff.
The theater was clean, the associates and managerial staff were courteous and knowledgeable. They handled my return swiftly and got us to our movie with plenty of time to spare. I would go back anytime.

The workers were very kind and helpful at explaining to us how it all works. For our first time at a Santikos establishment my husband and I were extremely impressed and satisfied with the food and the luxury seats. It was an amazing experience that got us hooked! We will definitely be coming back for more!

I loved the reclining seats as I suffer from chronic body pain. The staff was also very helpful, and even helped me find my wallet ,by looking for the places I visited within the establishment. They also answered all of my questions in terms of membership options. Very clean and well-kept theater. Will definitely be coming back for date nights with my husband.

Good service and great value!
I love the reclining seats and the friendly staff. I did drop something between the seats and had to get it from underneath and they really need to be cleaned underneath. Popcorn, candy, sticky soda but been going to Santikos movie theaters since I was a child and I wouldn't have it any other way.
The atmosphere and I will support Santikos because of what impact they have with San Antonio. It's awesome that the profits go to the community. Thank you!
