Some Updates to the theater.
Overall it was a great experience. I was able to use my “Rainchrck” vouchers for a 3D movie. That was a plus. The only minus was that the popcorn dispenser did not have any extra butter.
Atmosphere of the theater and the attitude of the staff.
It was good. I like to do first shows of day. Everything was clean. My only issue is that some of recliners are starting to show wear and tear.

I had issues with the ticket kiosk. It charged my card but did not issue my movie tickets. I asked for the manager and got to speak with John aka Superman. John was such an awesome person. He took the time to listen and then he made everything right for my family and I. I really appreciated that he didn't make us wait. He took action right away and helped us get the movie tickets for our show with even better seats. Wow! What a real blessing. Thank you John.

Perfect crowd. Not that much younger crowd. It’s where I went as a teenager, but now, it’s the perfect place for me and my wife. Especially with the remodeling and upgrades.
I love the Santikos Galaxy theater I always am welcomed with a smile and offered to be helped, the cashiers are always friendly and food are always fresh and delicious and the movies and theaters are relaxing and an overall just a great movie going experience.
