Great to be able to pick seats ahead of time. No more going in and trying to find a place to sit. The attendants inside the theater were very attentive, but not in the way.

I like it. Staff is usually ok but they need to disclose that gratuity is taken out. I am tired of bad service and paying extra. Most of staff is great but the bad ones are really bad

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I like the setup with the tables the break in the sections is great best in San Antonio and you can order from every theater. Casa Blanca is nice and new but no tables and you can't order food from every theater. The draft house has one long table that sucks because there is no escape from the middle you have to dive under the table.
