Easy to get tickets and refreshments but it was pretty cold in the theatre.
The supervisor/manager remedied my situation quickly. I had accidentally been guided to the wrong movie theater. It was a Thursday night (the night when newer movies are first introduced to a theater.) As I was waiting for my movie to start, I ordered some food and a drink off the menu and received it shortly after. A couple moments later however, I realized it was not the movie that I intended to view and that I was in wrong theater. I immediately left the theater to try and bring this to my server's attention. While unsuccessful at trying to find my server initially, I was able to bring it to the attention of the supervisor/manager through another employee I had asked to help me find my server ( as I was attempting to square up and pay my bill.) At this point, I think my movie had gone through all its previews and some of the beginning...so I asked if I could be credited to see it on another day. Not only was I given a rain check ticket (allowing me to see my movie at a later date), but I was also comp'd the food & beverage I had ordered. I may have missed the movie I had meant to see that night...but I think the response to my dilemma was more then fair. I will keep going to Rialto Theaters because based off of my experience, I believe the staff really values making their customers happy.
I enjoy the family-friendly atmosphere at The Rialto and the staff is always friendly and welcoming.
Price & location
The staff are friendly..unless they are new...when I get in line to make a food purchase the staff already know what I want. They know I don't want them touching my lid with their hands after touching the money.

My friend and I went to theater, Rialto, yesterday and we had a much better experience this time. We were disappointed that they didn't have any White Zinfindel wine, so we chose Moscato. They were very accommodating this time. We'll be back.
I LIKE THE SERVICE THAT THEY PROVIDE, I LIKE THAT I CAN SIT IN THE MOVIE THEATER AND ORDER FOOD AND BEVERAGES AND JUST ENJOY THE MOVIE IN THE PROCESS THE ONLY THING I DO NOT LIKE IS THAT THE WAITER TIP IS DIRECTLY INCLUDED IN THE BILL A CUSTOMER SHOULD BE ABLE TO TIP WHAT EVER THEY CHOOSE TO TIP BUT OTHER THAN THAT THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO EAT AND DRINK I ALWAYS ENJOY MYSELF THERE.
It just was exciting to be in the building. And it felt like you were a VIP guest.
Servers t bring drinks
I always enjoy my visits to Santikos and I enjoy the rewards...this last time I know I had some points from my last visit and the 40+ points I received this time weren't added on...i don't like the 75 point then reset deal..other than that change its my go to theatre
