What's not to like. Reasonable price, that I can take all of grandchildren to. I never really order food here, but I love my popcorn and soda.

I have been coming here for a year and a half straight monthly with my wonderful husband. The only issue we both have is the fact that you changed the nachos. We ordered nachos EVERY SINGLE TIME we visited Santikos Rialto and just recently you all changed them. The cheese is different and it's not too appetizing and it's on a huge bowl instead of the small paper bowl that they used to come on. I just wish for you to go back to the previous nachos as well as the "new" ones that are being sold now.

The available space for wheelchair, family/disable friendly and being able to order from a seats without having to stand in line.
I love this location. I have not gone back for almost 20 years so alot of remodeling has happened. It is a beautiful theatre and the manager who took care of us (male/glasses/hispanic on Saturday the 19th at around 8pm) he was behind the food counter was just amazing. It was my daughter's 17th birthday and she wanted to go and see Beautiful Beasts with about 10 of her friends. So there were 13 to our party and we all had a blast. The theatre was clean, the bathrooms were well taken care of, the employees were the best when we ordered food. We have traveled to all your Santikos theatres in town to try each one out and I can tell you that this location rivals the rest. Thank you for providing such a great time for the kids and our family.
Not too crowded. Food service was good. Best of all not hovering to finish payment at the ending of the movie.

When we arrived and sat down for the movie we were greeted within five min and asked what we would like to drink and then given a menu. Our drinks came out shortly and then our order was taken . Everything came out before the movie started . The management from what Ive seen has really worked on getting their staff to work with the customers alot quicker than before and before the movie even starts which is good since you cant see anything on the menu once the lights go off and the movie starts. We were checked on several times and felt that we were important to them ! A ++++ 😍 We will definitely be back because there is a HUGE improvement!!!!!

Staff was fast to service you theater area are not over crowded.Theater temperature could be a little warmer.It is hard to get people to buy drinks when they are cold.
Everything about Santikos Rialto Brewhaus is great.Friendly staff and affordable tickets. Only thing i would change is wait staff interupting the movie to take payments.
The sit arrangement now you don't have to rush to grab a seat if there are customers willing to follow instructions would be nice
