The people are great. I went to a more updated theater (Rialto does need updating) but the workers were not customer friendly. Your prices are also better. I would give the other theater much higher ratings on their facility, but would prefer to continue using your facility because of the better and more friendly employees you have.
Service was great and the beverage was refreshing at a fantastic price.
Very comfortable seating, plenty of leg room with a table right in front of you for beverages and food. I don't have to worry about somebody kicking my seat or my kids accidentally kicking someone's seat in front of us.
I have been going to Santikos Rialto Brewhaus before it became the Brewhaus. My whole family goes there almost every weekend and we have been going there for over 20 years. I love this movie place and even more when they installed the eating tables where you can sit, eat, watch movies at the same time. I never go anywhere else, in the past 5 years maybe 2 times I have gone elsewhere; however I hate going somewhere else other than Santikos Rialto Brewhaus the other movies houses do not have the ambiance that our Rialto has.. My husband does not like to take our card for the points so we lose out on a lot of points. When I go I pull out my Santikos card and get points added. I am a forever loyal customer, so is my family. We took our children to see the Spider-Man movie and they played video games before the movie then ordered pizza and French firies with chili. They had a blast and loved the food. Thank you for a great time.
I like food being bought out to me. Con, there is always someone sitting in my reserved seat.

What I like best is the wonderful people that work at this theater. They make coming here to watch a movie feel special. That's why I tell my friends that if they want to see a movie with me, they will have to join me at my neighborhood Santikos Rialto Brewhaus. Now they are fans, too.

I love the Rialto, a tough little theater which survived the neighborhood upheavals that killed Windsor Park Mall. It is very basic but it has good sound and screens, and I never feel like the presentation of films is "second class", as it sometimes is at the antiquated Bijou.
I wish there were more drama films, independent films, at the Rialto. I drive across town to the Bijou half the time to see good films. But I know you have to please all audiences.
Sometimes, often, it is too cold in there, but I just take extra clothing.
The staff, the manager in particular, go out of their way to be helpful.
In all the Santikos theaters I find that the advertising on the Flixster App is spotty. The special films may be mentioned at Huebner (Regal, arrrgh) but not at any Santikos locations.
I particularly love the operas and am sad that Santikos dropped the summer reruns.
I do try to take the time to locate special showings at Santikos in general and the Rialto in particular, because you help the community and you are "our" theater here in San Antonio.

Everything! All of the employees here are always so kind and helpful. They always take care of me and my guest and make sure that we are always happy and pleased.
I never have to wait long in line to purchase tickets or to purchase popcorn. I like that we can purchase tickets before hand and assigned seating.
