Concession service was great, concession area was much cleaner
LOVE the chairs @ the Galaxy movie theater. The food is great, employees are friendly, environment is peaceful and the facility including the bathrooms are 85%-90% clean. I'm sure it's difficult to keep the drink and popcorn area clean with all of the children whose parents don't keep an eye on them or teach them to clean up after themselves.

Ease of picking seats.
I always bring/recommend friends and family to this location. My last visit atmosphere was clean and stocked. The cashier was friendly and smiled. The movie experience was fun. My only complaint is with my food order. I go very often and order roughly the same thing every time large drink, large popcorn, slice of pepperoni pizza and my Epic Nachos (spicy beef) the last few times my Epic Nachos have been coming with the condiments inside the container. I have continued to ask to please have them not inside the container but every time they arrive inside the heated box that’s sour cream, pico, jalapeños. First off the plastic container gets hot and is next to my nachos second the sour cream is melted and watery third the pico is no longer fresh and cold third it takes away a quarter of my nachos. I’ve enjoyed these nachos for over a decade and never been prepared like this until a couple months ago and no one seems to listen when I ask to please not put inside the container. That is my only complaint other than that the food is usually fresh hot and delicious. If you need pics feel free to email me I can send you pics of what I am referring to.

The experiences I enjoy are the friendly personnel. It is clean. The food is fantastic and so many different choices. The seats in the theater are amazing to sit and watch a movie.

Entire experience. Great food, clean theater, comfy seats, great staff and spacious dining and seating. Sound, video and screen were perfect.
Walking in everything seemed so clean. Customer service was great at the concession. They directed me to the movie room we were located at. Overall just seemed very maintained. Movie was great had a good time.

I love military and first responders Monday. As a veteran I can schedule a double feature along with concessions without breaking rhe bank. Santikos feels like a local cinemaplex and I love that they give back to the community. I'm a fan for life.

Staff is great!
Good food, quick service. Would be nice to have the option to have the food delivered to the seats, especially for moms with kids lol. Lots of options to choose from, from real food like wings, to snacks like nachos and hot dogs. Plenty of candy, pickles and more! Usually clean theaters, clean bathrooms.
Hello. I loved my experience here at the galaxy theater. At the time we went it wasn’t packed, we got our tickets pretty quick as well as our food & snacks. All staff was very helpful, welcoming & friendly. From the front area, game room, theater room & restrooms everything was neat & clean. All the games were working which is a plus. I love the layout & even the bar inside. Only downside is I live 30 mins away & the construction in that area is not so great. Other than that my experience was great. I shall return again in the future.
The theater was clean, they had people behind the counter helping customer, unlike other places, that have only 1 or 2 associates and a line of 10 customers waiting to buy concessions.
