Chill atmosphere, love the points system
Friendly staff. Clean common areas, restrooms and theaters. The bar area and game area looks nice & tidy. I can always count on a smile. I have never had a problem there that was addressed and corrected. I wish they brought back the things to do... several years back, they had reptiles there & my little ones LOVED it. Concessions are hot and tasty. DRINKS GOOD. WE LOVE THE SELF SERVE POPCORN!

The friendly atmosphere
I enjoy all of The Santikos Theaters in the city, and the Galaxy location is no exception. I wish the area it’s located in had less construction, but once you’re there you’re in for a five star cinematic experience.
Everything is great about this theatres. The only issue I have is the location, it can be a bit difficult to get to sometimes.

Clean theater and easy refills for drink/popcorn
I always use the Santikos App to reserve my movie tickets. I was able to cancel my tickets about an hour before the movie started. Using the App. That it such a convenient feature. Love the cleanliness of the theater, friendly staff and reclining seats.
The movie theater was cool, not like at my last visit at the Mayan. The popcorn was fresh, again, not like the Mayan.
Everything especially the nachos
We are so fortunate to have The Galaxy so close to out home. We love going on a Friday night, eat the great food available and stuff ourselves with popcorn and soda. I look forward to the service we get and the great theater experience. I know people today take nice theaters for granted, but I will always be partial and grateful for the Santikos way and The Galaxy.

Overall very good, the only problem was that the soap dispensers in the men's bathroom did not work, so I was unable to wash my hands after using the restroom. There was an employee in the men's restroom before the movie started that saw the soap dispensers were not working, but by the end of the movie, nothing had been done to remedy the problem.
