It was well maintained, clean and the temperature was good. The movie sound was perfect, not too loud. The only thing that was a slight disturbance was an air conditioning vent that was rattling while it was on.

Enjoy how easy it is to obtain my tickets. The cleanliness of the movie theater. I like that the drinks and popcorn are always ready to go.
It's near where I live. Plenty of available parking. Easy to use the self-serve kiosk to purchase tickets. The theaters are clearly labeled. Seating is clean.

we had a great experience
I like the fact that when I did have a problem with our experience these santikos Galaxy director reached out and made it right which spoke volumes.
Though my food came out burnt (and unfortunately, I ended up getting sick from it later), when I took it back to return it the cashier did not offer to make it again or apologize for the inconvenience, she did refund the item.
I purchased another item, not fried. Shortly after, while filling my popcorn bucket, a lead or manager approached me. He asked how he could make the situation better and apologized for the initial return not being handled the way he had hoped.
Things happen and I understand service and food may not always be perfect, but he did the best he could with the situation he was faced with. Kudos to him.
I will be a return customer, no worries. Perhaps a little extra training for the front staff may be helpful, in the event they get this same situation again. God bless!

I love the customer service and how friendly everyone is! The food is some of the best theater food I’ve had, compared to AMC and Regal Cinemas. I love ya’ll’s cheeseburger combo. It’s also great that you guys serve draft Shiner as well!
The auditorium itself is AMAZING. The sound quality is always great and the picture is great too. I never have to complain or get out of my seat during the movie to ask to turn the volume up. The surround sound is very noticeable and really immerses you in the film.
I love the aesthetic of Santikos Galaxy as well and the 80’s music that plays. Overall, ya’ll have some of the best movie theaters in San Antonio and I always look forward to coming to see a movie at Santikos!
