The theater was changed when we showed up for our movie. The manager in charge made sure the seats we got in the new theater were suitable for us and made sure we were happy. Going the extra mile.

I am a loyal customer. I have ALWAYS loved Santikos! In my opinion, Santikos is the BEST movie theatre franchise in the nation. Alamo Drafthouse is garbage next to Santikos and I HATE that Santikos is overlooked by third party raters when advertising theatres.
This is what I love about Santikos:
#1. The Price cannot be beat! Santikos has ALWAYS been lower priced than other movie theatres.
#2. The free refills on popcorn and Soda make the value that much greater! I love the free refills as well as the self-serve butter (as evil as it is because it is so good but so bad for you at the same time)
#3. The comfort and cleanliness of the facilities. I've never had a problem with the cleanliness of a Santikos theatre...and I've been to every one.
#4. This is just a nostalgia thing...but I like how Rialto went back to the old name of the "Galaxy".
#5. I love how each theatre has its own unique design and flavor. It's not just the different themes, but also the different layouts and benefits. The Palladium is like a mini club/bar and a theatre. The Galaxy and Northwest are small and intimate with comfortable seating. The Silverado is more standard. The Casa Blanca is like a family night thing...with bowling alley, arcade and everything.

Friendly staff. Clean bathrooms. Popcorn is always fresh and theatre cleanup is prompt. With the corona virus still present I appreciate these notes very much. We value family time together and Santikos makes that possible! Thank you for keeping the name and mission going :)
Staff was knowledgeable comfortable accommodations to watch the movie and of course movie theater popcorn always great at this location Northwest location enjoy that set up for we can serve ourselves popcorn

It’s always been our favorite movie theater we been going there since we got together and now we going with our kids the oldest is in Collage. We have been loyal to this place I was so sad to think they could close it down due to COVID-19.
I used the Santikos app to purchase my movie ticked its was a lot quicker and easier to retrieve them. The concession stand was neat and clean, associate was friendly as well as efficient. Theater stadium was clean and easily accessible.
