What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I only go to Santikos Northwest

Seats are comfortable, theaters are clean, love the popcorn and butter dispensing, love the coke selection units (Diet Cherry Coke).

However, the pizza and hot dogs have not been very good lately. We had a slice of pizza last night that wasn't very good (did not finish) and my date had a hot dog that made her sick.

We however will return but will not be having those items again.

I frequent often & this time in a long time due to the pandemic I invited my daughter & my grandson. They enjoyed the place & movie.
Looking forward to going back. Oh, I forgot to mention that I’m a rewards customer & I used my birthday free admission ticket.

Service was excellent; both polite and fast . The location (lobby, concessions, theatre, restrooms, etc) was sanitary. We enjoyed our visit.

I had a horrible experience in September. I contacted the main office they were no help for the exception of giving me an email address to express my concerns. After I expressed my concerns and our situation. I received a reply back from Mathew I believe he is the Director at this location. He is the only reason I have gained trust back from this facility and company. He turned our family's frown upside down. We will returning to this facility on 11/6. Thank you for making things right. We appreciate you Mathew.

The seats are awesome. Very comfortable and stadium was not super freezing like most theaters. Comfortable temperature. And the staff was awesome, accommodating, and helpful. We booked tickets at the wrong theater and they helped us switch theaters to theirs no problem, and in time not to miss our movie. And sooo much room between rows in the theater.
