Everything.. the food it’s delicious, the theater rooms are clean & very comfortable. Perfect audio sound & picture.. staff is very nice & professional. My wife loves the pina colada’s from there & the kids love all the snacks & popcorn.

Because every time me and my grandson visit your theater we always have a great time the popcorn is great the drinks are great the people are great your customer service is awesome I don't think I've ever had a complaint with your customer service and that's my number one thing I love customer service most of the time our seats are clean there's been a few when they're not really clean they're still popcorn everywhere in the cup holders and stuff at the tables are sticky but other than that we usually have a great time and it doesn't stop us from coming back we love it especially the self-serve popcorn and drinks it's awesome

Theaters that are close by and show very current adult, drama movies. I find that that top drama movies are shown at Palladium or the Embassy.

Always clean I live by Cielo Vista Regal but I rather the chairs at northwest the comfort is so much better.

I love the size of this theatre. It’s busy but not crowded. You can reserve your seats. The seats are comfortable. All around, this is my favorite theatre in all of San Antonio.
