The employees at Santikos Northwest are very attentive to the customer, explaining the ins and outs, and what knots that they can, and can’t do such as serving a beer, advise you of other information viable to the movie experience. Asking anything of them is greeted with a smile. That’s why I always go to the northwest movie theater on my days off on Monday

We always have great service when visiting the concession stand and i love the automatic refill machine for the popcorn and drinks vs standing in line for a refill...the Callaghan location is my favorite
The only thing i dont like is not enjoying the movie with a crying baby this is the 3 time we have experienced this it really makes it hard to enjoy the movie our last experience was during

The manager was quick to listen to a complaint about the taste of the popcorn and quickly reacted by changing it to a fresh batch, plus taking care of us in our next visit. Which she surely did.
Very rare now a days to find great customer care.

I like the easy access to popcorn and drink refills, I just wish they were either available on both sides or more central. I like that it is always clean and that the seats work!
