Santikos has always been a pleasant experience every time we visit. The staff is always friendly and they do their best to keep the theatres and bathrooms as kept as possible. We love going to Santikos over any other theatre.

Ease of walking in with no issues. Website is easy to navigate. Customer service at the concession stand lacked a bit personalization but overall the service was good.
